Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Workforce Management Analyst to support payroll, timekeeping, and workforce management operations within a complex hourly workforce environment. This role will focus on maximizing UKG Pro WFM functionality, improving timekeeping accuracy, supporting payroll operations, and partnering with business leaders on process improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong UKG Workforce Management expertise, deep payroll knowledge, and experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or other hourly employee populations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary resource for UKG Pro Workforce Management processes and employee timekeeping activities.
  • Review, audit, and reconcile employee time records to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Investigate and resolve timekeeping discrepancies, missed punches, overtime exceptions, and scheduling issues.
  • Partner with managers to improve timecard accuracy, approvals, and workforce management compliance.
  • Analyze existing UKG WFM processes and identify opportunities for operational improvements and increased automation.
  • Develop reporting, auditing, and monitoring procedures to reduce payroll risk and improve data integrity.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, IT, Finance, and Operations teams to maintain system accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support workforce management and payroll-related projects, including acquisitions, integrations, and system enhancements.
  • Assist with testing, data validation, implementation activities, and process documentation.
  • Promote adoption of workforce communication tools and support employee engagement initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Workforce Management, HRIS, payroll, or timekeeping systems.
  • Advanced experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM), UKG Dimensions, or UKG Workforce Management.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and payroll data validation.
  • Experience supporting hourly employee populations in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, warehousing, or similar environments.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and ramp-up time.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with unionized workforces is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to SAP and/or SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
