Job description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Technical SEO Specialist will strengthen the technical foundation of our digital properties, ensuring our sites are fast, crawlable, indexable, and accurately measured. This role blends SEO engineering with analytics and CMS expertise and works closely with developers, product managers, paid media teams, 3rd party vendors, and content teams to maintain a clean technical environment and reliable tracking.
This position is approved for remote work and is open to candidates in all U.S. states, it does require 10%-20% travel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Technical SEO Audits - diagnose crawl, indexation, rendering, and site architecture issues
  • Google Search Console Management - monitor coverage, indexing, enhancements, and resolve GSC-reported issues
  • GTM Tag Configuration - implement and QA tracking tags, triggers, variables, and data layer integrations
  • GA4 Property & Event Setup - create GA4 properties, configure custom events, conversions, and parameters
  • CMS Optimization - manage SEO settings, templates, redirects, and structured content within HubSpot CMS
  • Site Speed Optimization - improve Core Web Vitals and overall performance
  • Structured Data Management - deploy, test, and validate schema markup
  • Log File Analysis - monitor crawl behavior and identify inefficiencies
  • Technical QA - validate SEO requirements during releases, migrations, and redesigns
  • Data Accuracy Monitoring - ensure tracking remains correct after code or CMS changes
