Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Kronos Functional Consultant Workforce Management (WFM) to join our HR Technology team. You will play a key role in driving the optimization, configuration, and integration of UKG/Kronos WFM solutions, ensuring alignment with operational and compliance requirements across the organization. Experience with Kronos Business Process Models will be highly regarded.

Years of experience needed 8+ years

Technical Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Kronos (UKG) Functional Consultant, with a strong focus on timekeeping module.
    Deep understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, pay rules, and compliance workflows in Kronos Dimensions.
    Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver hands-on configuration solutions.
    Experience in end-to-end testing, troubleshooting in Kronos.
  • Conduct system testing and UAT coordination, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes as they relate to time and attendance.
    Familiarity with the Kronos Business Process Models and how to use them via attestations
    Experience working with workforce data and reporting/analytics within Kronos.
    Exposure to complex, multi-site or unionized US environments with varying award/enterprise agreement interpretations.
    Project experience in system upgrades, new site rollouts, or global Kronos deployments.
