Job description

Occupational Health NP/PA – Contract Assignment | Blaine, WA | 4x10 Schedule

An established onsite health clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with occupational health experience for a 17-week contract assignment. This role supports a large industrial workforce and offers a structured, team-based environment.

Assignment Details

  • Dates: May 11, 2026 – August 31, 2026

  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM

  • Hours: 40 guaranteed weekly with possibility for extensions and/or perm employment

  • Setting: Onsite occupational health clinic

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct medical surveillance reviews and clearances

  • Perform DOT and pre-employment physicals

  • Provide first aid and initial injury evaluation and treatment

  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards

  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff

Team Environment
You will work alongside a dedicated team including 2 RNs, 1 Medical Assistant and front office support. The clinic is structured for efficiency and strong patient flow management.
