Are you looking for a fulfilling registered nursing career that allows you to make a real difference?

At Alliance Nursing, we specialize in one-on-one pediatric care, providing dedicated nurses with the opportunity to build meaningful connections while delivering exceptional care to children with complex medical needs. Why Nurses Choose Alliance Nursing as an RN

Make a Meaningful Difference – Provide dedicated 1:1 care for one medically complex child, allowing you to build lasting relationships with your patient and family while delivering the kind of personalized nursing that's difficult to achieve in a facility setting.

Paid Training & Support for Clinical Excellence - Whether you're experienced in pediatric home health or brand new to the specialty, we provide paid, hands-on vent and trach training along with ongoing clinical support so you can continue growing your skills with confidence.

(New) Nursing license renewal reimbursement - after one year of continuous employment.

Support When You Need It –Our nurses have access to 24/7 clinical support, low nurse-to-patient ratios, and employer-provided malpractice coverage, giving you the resources to provide exceptional care.

Scheduling That Fits Your Life – We offer full-time, part-time, PRN, day, night, and weekend opportunities so you can find a schedule that works for your family, school, or lifestyle.

Competitive Benefits – Eligible employees receive Medical, dental, and vision insurance options, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off with PTO and sick leave that starts accruing from day one.

A Team That Knows Your Name – For more than 35 years, Alliance Nursing has remained a locally owned, mission-driven company where nurses are supported, appreciated, and trusted to provide exceptional care in the home.

What You'll Do as a registered Nurse:
  • Provide skilled, compassionate LPN or RN nursing care for a child with medical complexities, including ventilator and tracheostomy care.
  • Work closely with the patient's family.
  • Assess and implement care based on each child's unique needs.
  • Document and communicate care plans effectively within a team that values collaboration and excellence.

Pay Range:
