Beaverton

Minimum qualifications:

  • Must be a licensed registered nurse in the state of Oregon

Preferred qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop care plans for the patient
  • Complete initial assessment for care of the patient
  • Provide case management from admission to discharge
