Position Overview

Float Pool RNs play a crucial role in ensuring uninterrupted, quality patient care across the hospital. Youโ€™ll bring your expertise to a variety of units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Step-Down, Emergency Boarders, Locked Psych, and Long-Term Care. Flexibility and critical thinking are key to success in this role.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Provide direct patient care across a variety of inpatient units

What We Need from You:

  • Active and unrestricted Washington RN License or Compact RN License

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  • BLS certification (AHA required)

  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience in acute care

  • Excellent critical thinking and time management skills
