Position Overview
This is a commission-based business development role responsible for securing partnerships, sponsorships, community events, training contracts, grant support opportunities, and strategic relationships.
The ideal candidate is confident meeting decision-makers, presenting opportunities, following up consistently, and closing agreements.
This position is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in:
- Automotive Sales

Responsibilities
- Identify prospective community partners and sponsors
- Build relationships with business owners, executives, nonprofit leaders, educators, and community organizations
- Schedule and conduct meetings with decision-makers
- Secure community event opportunities
- Generate sponsorship and partnership opportunities
- Assist with obtaining community support for grant initiatives
- Develop leads for CPR and safety training programs
- Follow up on prospects and maintain communication throughout the closing process
- Represent Sterling FACPR professionally in the community
Compensation
This is a performance-based position.
Compensation is earned through successful partnership, sponsorship, event, and training contract closures.

Successful closers may earn from individual closures and ongoing partnership opportunities.
No cap on earnings.
