The TPG Workforce DevelopmentOn-the-JobTraining(OJT)Operations team partners with subject matter experts and leaders to deliver standardized training programs that support workforce readiness, operational performance, and audit compliance across TPG. The OJT Operations Specialist manages training processes, systems, and documentation to ensure consistent, compliant execution ofOn-the-Job Training (OJT)across global locations. You'll partner with subject matter authorities to develop and maintain training materials and controlled documentation.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct job task analyses (JTAs) to identify roletasks and required knowledge and skills.

  • Design, implement, and maintain OJT curricula, learning items, and taskbased certification checklists tomeasure proficiency.

  • Standardize business processes and documentation while ensuring compliance with quality expectations.

  • Assess training and process efficiency, identify gaps, and support continuous improvement efforts.

  • Collaborate with leaders andstakeholdersto gather training needs, manage training requests, and maintain training materials.

  • Analyze and report data, including extraction, categorization, visualization, and recurring updates for collaborators.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least three (3) years of related work experience.

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to extract, analyze, and visualize data using Excel and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Demonstrated ability toprioritizemultiple tasks with strong attention to detail.

  • Experience working in collaborative, teambased environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and work effectively with diversestakeholders.

  • Experience using GenAI or automation tools to improve efficiency and quality.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
