We are looking for a Workforce Development Coordinator to join our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team in our Dallas office. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement training and onboarding programs for individuals working in the construction trades, tailored to our jobsites', clients' or company's specific needs and requirements.

- Skilled at external affairs and public speaking.
