Pay Scale: $60,000-$80,000 + Weekly Commission + Monthly Bonus + Car Package

Position Summary

CT Industrial Services (CTIS) is a rapidly growing environmental remediation, industrial services, and environmental staffing company serving clients throughout the United States. Our team supports environmental consultants, engineering firms, industrial contractors, manufacturers, utilities, municipalities, and government agencies by providing both self-performed field services and temporary staffing solutions.

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter / Account Manager to help grow our internal field staff and administration teams, which ultimately result in supporting our staffing and workforce solutions division. This role is ideal for an energetic individual who enjoys building relationships, solving workforce challenges, recruiting talent, and developing new business opportunities.

The Recruiter / Account Manager will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing environmental and industrial professionals while also supporting client development and account management activities.

About the Position

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with company leadership while helping build one of the fastest-growing environmental and industrial staffing groups in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, screen, and interview qualified candidates for environmental, industrial, construction, transportation, and professional staffing opportunities.

  • Build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates.

  • Develop recruiting pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, trade schools, colleges, and industry associations.

  • Conduct phone interviews and candidate qualification assessments.

  • Maintain candidate records within recruiting and CRM systems.

  • Support workforce planning efforts for internal self-performed projects and external staffing assignments.

  • Partner with project managers, operations personnel, and leadership to understand hiring needs.

  • Build relationships with environmental consultants, engineering firms, contractors, manufacturers, and industrial clients.

  • Assist with account management activities and client communication.

  • Identify opportunities to expand staffing services with existing and prospective clients.

  • Participate in networking events, industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings.

  • Meet recruiting, placement, and business development goals.
