The Marketing Analytics Manager is responsible for delivering actionable insights that drive lifecycle marketing effectiveness, personalization, and performance optimization across owned digital channels. This role partners closely with Marketing, Digital, Product, Finance, and OEM stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights that improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.

What You Will Do

1.ย ย ย ย  CrossPlatform Marketing Analytics & Insights

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Lead and execute endtoend measurement strategies for digital marketing programs, across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Define and manage KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards for lifecycle marketing, including conversion, retention, renewal, and crosssell.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Analyze campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities and inform ongoing digital marketing strategies.

2.ย ย ย ย  Journey Analytics & Attribution

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Analyze endtoend customer journeys by integrating Adobe behavioral data with Salesforce campaign and journey execution data.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Design and manage attribution models (e.g., multitouch, datadriven) to assess marketing impact across channels and touchpoints.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Apply advanced analytics techniques (segmentation, cohort analysis, LTV modeling, propensity scoring) to support targeting and personalization strategies.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Align Adobe Analytics data with Salesforce Marketing Cloud reporting to quantify marketing impact and downstream financial outcomes.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Partner with marketing and UX teams to optimize journey design, cadence, messaging, and experience strategy.

3.ย ย ย ย  Data & Marketing Technology Enablement

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Partner with experience teams to ensure reliable data pipelines across platforms such as CRM, web analytics, media platforms, and enterprise data warehouses.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Serve as an analytics stakeholder in marketing technology initiatives (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe, CDPs).

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ensure analytics solutions scale across multiple brands, products, and OEM requirements.

4.ย ย ย ย  CrossFunctional & Executive Partnership

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Translate complex crossplatform data into clear insights, narratives, and recommendations tailored to executive, marketing, and operational audiences.

What You Will Bring

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or CRM analytics.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Experience with Salesforce and Adobe technology stacks.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Experience with content marketing, email marketing, and SEO marketing.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Automotive or financial services industries preferred.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Statistics or related discipline.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Salesforce or Adobe certification(s) a plus.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  MBA a plus.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including customer data activation, journey performance, segmentation effectiveness, and attribution across channels.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  SQL proficiency with the ability to query, join, and analyze large datasets across enterprise data warehouses and marketing platforms.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Exceptional attention to detail and quality.
