Job description

Overview
Our HR Advisor to Senior Management will provide strategic executive-level personnel administration, workforce management, and specialized administrative support to senior leadership at the headquarters level.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and process high-level civilian, military, and contractor personnel actions and organizational records.
  • Direct workforce management activities including complex billet tracking and personnel readiness reporting.
  • Manage executive schedules, strategic meetings, complex travel logistics, and leadership task management.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives for workflow visibility and maintain secure personnel databases.

Skills Required
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree (MA/MS) is required.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience supporting HR, executive administration, or workforce support activities.
  • Extensive experience supporting DoD, IC, U.S. Space Force, or related federal organizations at a headquarters level.
