Electrical & Plumbing Trades Manager

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Culture
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of Electrical & Plumbing Technicians.
  • Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to results and standards.
  • Build a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide hands-on leadership with a particular emphasis on electrical operations, technician development, and department growth.

Revenue Growth & Strategy
  • Drive team financial performance through goal-setting, reporting, and coaching.
  • Use data to diagnose issues and drive improvement.
  • Translate operational decisions into financial outcomes.

Operational Excellence
  • Partner with operations, dispatch, and customer service to streamline processes.
  • Improve efficiency through scheduling, workflow optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Support operational consistency and growth across both electrical and plumbing departments.

Customer Satisfaction

  • 3+years of proven leadership/track record required
  • Strong knowledge in residential electric required
