Workflow Administrator - Moore's Electrical & Mechanical

The Role:
Moore's is looking for a detail-oriented Workflow Administrator to oversee the approval and processing of vendor invoices. In this role, you will manage the workflow for reviewing, approving and tracking invoices to ensure timely and accurate payments. You will collaborate with other teams in the Service Department to streamline the invoice approval process, reduce errors, and enhance operational efficiency.
What You'll Do:
- First approval for all Service vendor invoices.
- Verify purchase order matches vendor invoice.
- Call technicians(s) for missing information.
- Call vendors regarding any discrepancies with invoices.
- Ensure invoices with discounts are approved by discount date.
- Update hold for material pricing and warranty open calls.
You Bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient computer skills, with experience using Microsoft.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Able to work individually with a teamwork mindset
