Job description

Vaco is partnering in the search for a Workflow Support Specialist. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operational workflows by reviewing incoming requests, updating internal systems, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within established timelines. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage workflow queues and incoming requests Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and efficiency Review documentation for completeness and update records across multiple systems Coordinate with internal teams to resolve processing issues and maintain workflow timelines Support overall operational efficiency through accurate task management and organization Qualifications: 1-3 years of administrative, workflow support, or data entry experience Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously Experience handling high-volume tasks in a fast-paced office environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Key Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize under deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Adaptable and quick to learn new systems and processes Dependable, professional, and team-oriented mindset Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
