Our client, a leading TPA, is seeking a Workers' Compensation Supervisor to join their growing team! How Youโ€™ll Make an Impact

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of workersโ€™ compensation adjusters to ensure high-quality claim handling and performance. (4-6 adjusters.)
  • Oversee claim exposure analysis and resolution strategies across the teamโ€™s caseload.
  • Ensure consistent communication with clients, claimants, and stakeholders to drive efficient outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with client expectations, internal best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate, timely claim documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of a workersโ€™ compensation claims team handling lost time, indemnity, and litigated files
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to adjusters
  • Conduct file reviews and audits to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance
  • Partner with leadership and clients to improve claims strategies and service delivery
  • Manage team workloads, productivity, and service level expectations
  • Assist with complex or escalated claims as needed

Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Diploma
  • 5+ years of workersโ€™ compensation claims experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience within claims
  • Strong experience handling Colorado workersโ€™ compensation claims
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Strong understanding of industry standards, compliance, and claims best practices
  • Proficiency with claims management systems and standard business software

Preferred:

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree
