About This Role

Bumble Bees Academy is a premium Early Childhood Education Center located in Springboro. We are seeking qualified candidates for Lead Teacher / Assistant Teacher position at our location. As Lead Teacher / Assistant Teacher, you will have a unique opportunity to play a key part in the growth and development of our infants, toddlers, preschoolers. You will be responsible for executing, planning, supervising, and implementing the curriculum-based program for the class in accordance with the policies and philosophy of the school. You will help the center design teaching tools needed to enrich the young lives entrusted to our care. You will have to build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happens. With a prescriptive training, you will be able to handle customer service skills, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively.

Bumble Bees Academy Early Learning Center provides a safe, loving environment for children. We accept children from six weeks through fifth grade. We are a Step Up ECE facility with focus on developmentally appropriate program for our community.

We are always searching for full and part-time Lead Teacher. This individual is someone who is energetic, fun-loving, reliable childcare provider who is capable of working as a TEAM! Applicants should be able to assists in all activities related to the operation of the child Care in day to day activities.. Such duties are, but not limited to; supervise & wanting to create a caring and safe environment for children from ages: “6 weeks to 10 years.” This individual must have patience for all age groups and all parenting needs. This individual must be able to multi-task, care for all age groups throughout the day as assigned by the director and be hygiene appropriate. This individual must pass a background check and being on-time is mandatory!
