Key Responsibilities:

• Residential Cleaning: Perform cleaning tasks in clients’ homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to a high standard.

• Attention to Detail: Clean all areas thoroughly, ensuring no spots or surfaces are missed, and leave homes sparkling clean. This is where tips are usually earned and clients turn into regulars!

• Client Interaction: Communicate politely and professionally with clients and address any requests or feedback. We receive tons of feedback as every home and client are unique - coach-ability is a must!

• Maintain Supplies: Ensure cleaning supplies are well-stocked and notify management when supplies need replenishing. We cover the cost of all approved supplies!

• Work Efficiently: Complete cleaning tasks within the scheduled time while maintaining the highest standards of quality. We have timeline guides, so you don't need to guess if you're on track and all timeline guides were developed by our team in the field.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience is a Plus: Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is helpful but not required.

• Attention to Detail: You take pride in the little things that make a space shine.

• Reliable & Responsible: You show up on time, keep a positive attitude, and take responsibility for your work. Flakiness is one of the major complaints in our industry and simply will not be tolerated as one of our Worker Bees.

• Friendly & Professional: A customer-focused approach with a friendly demeanor.

• Able to Work Independently: You can work independently, manage your time well, and follow instructions.

• Physical Stamina: The ability to lift, bend, and move throughout a variety of homes as part of the cleaning process.
