Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

  • Candidate should have strong techno-functional knowledge of SyteLine (v 8.03.11, 9.01.02, 9.01.11, CSI 10.0.0.515)
  • Candidate should be good in functional skill
  • Candidate should be good in technical skill as well

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Incidents analysis and resolution
  • Cause and corrective action analysis for production outages for applications in scope
  • Bug fixing of customizations (If source code exists)
