Job description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Security Consultant to join our Workday team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing, and managing Workday security frameworks to ensure compliance, data integrity, and secure access across the organization.

Mandatory skills
  • Workday - Security
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in ERP software development life cycle.
  • 5+ years of experience in Workday ERP Implementation or support projects and relevant experience in ERP domain in Implementation / Support projects related to Workday Applications.
  • Proven experience as a Workday Security Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of Workday security architecture and role-based access.
  • Hands-on experience with security configuration, domain policies, and user access management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
Preferred skills
  • Workday Security Certified.
  • Workday HCM Functional and Technical Knowledge.
  • Experience with Workday integrations, reports and security impact analysis.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks and data privacy regulations.
