Workday Integrations; XML; XSLT; CSV/JSON; Workday Studio; EIBs; Core Connectors; Workday Web Services
Develop & Maintain Integrations: Design, build, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
Data Transformation & Mapping: Work with XML, XSLT, and JSON to transform and map data for integrations.
Integration Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform unit testing, resolve integration errors, and work with stakeholders for end-to-end testing.
Workday Security & Compliance: Ensure integrations follow security best practices, data governance, and compliance standards.
Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with HR, IT, and external vendors while documenting integration designs and processes.
Performance Optimization: Monitor integration performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability
