Job description

Job Summary:
Jade Global is a company seeking a Project Manager with Salesforce or Workday experience to lead IT projects supporting HR, Sales, and Marketing initiatives. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define project goals and managing cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects supporting HR (Workday), Sales (Salesforce), and Marketing initiatives
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand project goals, requirements, scope, timelines, and success criteria
• Plan and present projects strategically - go behind "tracking the tasks"
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, vendors, and business partners to execute project deliverables
• Proactively identify, manage, and remove project roadblocks, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Facilitate project governance, status reporting, and executive updates
• Manage change requests and ensure proper communication and stakeholder alignment
• Ensure adherence to IT standards, security requirements, and compliance policies
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and delivery outcomes
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in an enterprise environment, including at least 3 successful projects
• Experience supporting business systems for HR, Sales, or Marketing
• Experience with implementations of either Salesforce, or Workday, or both.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skill
Preferred:
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
• Experience working with third-party vendors and system integrators
