KPMG is currently seeking a Sales Executive, Workday to join our Alliances team.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead all aspects of the customer acquisition life cycle from pipeline development/account planning/account management, opportunity pursuit, meeting follow up, proposal, client procurement, contract negotiation, risk management, statement of work (SOW) development and revenue attainment
  • Build market awareness of KPMGs Workday services offerings, capabilities, and credentials
  • Serve as a Solution Specialist in KPMGs Workday services solution
  • Bring focus, energy, and go-to-market skills to help our firm win more business, close cycle times, and improve our overall win rate
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum ten years of recent experience in solution sales focusing on major national or global accounts with a verifiable track record of exceeding expectations in technology sales with Workday platform or similar technology is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in business or related field is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED required, with twelve years of previous experience in enterprise level technology sales
  • Strong industry knowledge with Workday; subject matter expert is preferred
  • Exceptional consultative and interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of impeccable trust, confidence, and results, often exceeding several million dollars
  • Ability to understand complex content and relate content around industry issues, client needs, and KPMG service offerings
  • Demonstrated superior ability to develop and lead relationship building activities with C-Level executives, including CEO, CFO, COO, CHRO and/or CIO
  • Ability to travel as necessary
