Role Summary

We are seeking a senior Workday HCM Developer with deep hands-on experience building, enhancing, and supporting Workday HCM integrations and technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong Workday technical expertise along with a solid understanding of Core HCM processes and enterprise HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and support Workday HCM integrations.
  • Build integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, and Workday Web Services.
  • Develop XML/XSLT transformations, data mappings, and inbound/outbound interfaces.
  • Build advanced reports, RaaS solutions, and Calculated Fields.
  • Support data loads, conversions, security, and integration troubleshooting.
  • Partner with HR, HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Support Workday releases, enhancements, testing, and production deployments.
  • Lead technical design and provide guidance on integration architecture and best practices.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on Workday HCM development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
  • Experience with REST, SOAP, Workday Web Services, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
  • Strong understanding of Core HCM and the Workday data model.
  • Experience with Workday Reporting, RaaS, and Calculated Fields.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday security and integration security.
  • Proven experience designing and supporting enterprise-grade Workday integrations.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

  • Workday Extend or Orchestrate experience.
  • Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, or Identity integrations.
  • Workday certification in Integrations, HCM, Reporting, or Security.

Ideal Profile: Senior hands-on Workday technical professional capable of independently owning integration design, development, troubleshooting, and production support in a complex enterprise environment.
