QA Tester- Hybrid
Loc: Frisco, TX
Rates: $40/hr C2C
Looking for Workday modules (HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Comp, Payroll or FINS) Tester
Workday JD Understand Workday tenants (Sandbox/Preview), navigation, worklets & basic business processes (BP) Create Test Strategy, design & execute functional, integration, regression & UAT tests across Workday modules (HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Comp, Payroll or FINS) Validate business processes, security/domains, condition rules, calculated fields, and advanced/matrix reports Test EIB and Core Connector inbound/outbound integrations; validate data loads & transformations Hands-on with a Workday automation tool Plan & run Workday feature-release regression; maintain the regression suite
Job Description: Expectations from this role:
Create and Organise testing process based on project requirement and manage test activities within team, for the following
1. Test Estimates and Schedules-. Ensure Test Coverage
2. Produce test results, defect reports, test logs, and reports to evidence for testing
3. Publish RCA reports and preventive measures
4. Ensure Quality of Deliverables
5. Report project metrics and status
6. Ensure adherence of Engineering practices, processes and standards
7. Understand and contribute to test automation/performance testing
8. Work with DevOps team, when required; to understand testing framework and QA process for implementing continuous testing
