Core Development & Configuration

  • Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs.
  • Develop custom Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite, dashboards) to support business needs.
  • Configure and maintain Workday security roles, calculated fields, and custom objects to enable reporting and analytics.
Prism Analytics Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Prism datasets, pipelines, and transformations to integrate Workday and external data sources.
  • Build and optimize Prism dashboards and visualizations for HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.
  • Automate data ingestion from multiple systems into Prism for unified reporting and insights.
  • Partner with data governance teams to ensure accuracy, data quality, and compliance in Prism datasets.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to translate business requirements into Workday/Prism solutions.
  • Support stakeholders in leveraging Prism datasets for self-service analytics.
  • Provide technical expertise on best practices for data modeling, performance tuning, and reporting optimization.
Maintenance & Support

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Workday integration and reporting issues.
  • Perform system testing, regression testing, and support Workday releases and feature adoption.
  • Maintain technical documentation, data dictionaries, and support knowledge transfer.
