About This Role
Our client is seeking a Workday Recruiting Certified Consultant to optimize, configure, and enhance the organization's Workday Learning and Workday Recruiting tenants. This resource will be responsible for improving security, business processes, reporting, dashboards, user experience, notifications, integrations, and feature adoption across both functional areas while ensuring efficient, compliant, and scalable talent acquisition and learning operations. This consultant will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and IT stakeholders to maximize the value of Workday capabilities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Hourly Rate: 85$ - 95$/hr. W2
Duration: 6 months
What You Will Work On
  • Configure and maintain Workday Learning and Recruiting security, permissions, and tenant settings.
  • Optimize recruiting and learning business processes, workflows, approvals, and notifications.
  • Configure recruiting components including requisitions, candidate stages, interview processes, and offers.
  • Configure learning assignments, enrollments, compliance tracking, and administrator permissions.
  • Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR, recruiters, managers, and learning administrators.
  • Improve candidate, learner, manager, and recruiter experiences through streamlined self-service and automation.
  • Configure Notification Designer and manage communications across recruiting and learning processes.
  • Support integrations, testing, release activities, and new feature adoption.
  • Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

What You Will Bring
  • Workday Learning and/or Workday Recruiting Certification.
  • Hands-on experience configuring Workday Recruiting and/or Learning.
  • Experience with Workday Security, Business Processes, Reporting, and Dashboards.
  • Knowledge of recruiting lifecycle management and learning administration.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
  • Advanced Workday Reporting and Discovery Boards.
  • Notification Designer, Career Hub, Skills Cloud, and Candidate Engagement tools.
  • Workday Integrations, Extend, and Generative AI capabilities
