Job Summary:
Acrisure is seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst to join our growing team supporting and optimizing our Workday environment. This position is responsible for the successful integration of newly acquired organizations into the Workday environment, as well as ongoing system support, configuration, troubleshooting, and process improvement. This hands-on role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and other business stakeholders to maintain data integrity, resolve system issues, enhance functionality, and support the seamless integration of newly acquired and existing entities into the Workday environment.
Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Integration
  • Configure and maintain Workday organizational structures, including supervisory organizations, locations, and related system setup.
  • Support the integration of new acquisitions into the Workday environment (Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, etc.).
  • Coordinate and perform employee data conversions, mass data loads, and historical pay data loads utilizing Workday EIBs.

Core HCM & Process Support
  • Provide day-to-day support for Workday and related HR systems.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming support requests to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Configure, test, and support Workday business processes, data loads, and system enhancements.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, process guides, and knowledge articles.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of HRIS or HR technology experience; Workday experience strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Workday Core HCM and experience supporting at least one additional Workday module.
  • Experience with Workday configuration, business processes, EIBs, reporting, or data management.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to independently resolve routine and moderately complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across HR, Payroll, Finance, and other business teams.
  • Understanding of HR processes, data integrity, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Workday implementations, acquisitions, or organizational changes.
  • Workday Pro certification(s) or progress toward certification.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, management information systems, computer science, or a related field - or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of HRIS or HR technology experience.
  • 2+ years of Workday experience, including hands-on configuration and/or system administration.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Workday Pro certification(s).

Pay Details:
The base compensation range for this position is $60,000 - $91,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
