Job Summary:
The primary skills we require are in-depth Workday Benefits configuration knowledge, a strong understanding of Benefits business processes, open enrolment, reporting, and calculated fields. A high-level understanding of integrations is a nice-to-have but not a mandatory requirement.

Workday Benefits configuration experience. We''''''''re looking for someone with hands-on configuration expertise who has worked through a wide variety of benefits use cases and troubleshooting scenarios, preferably in a global organization with complex benefits processes.
For this project, clients need someone who can lead these initiatives independently. They are not looking for someone who requires extensive hand-holding; they need an experienced resource who can own the workstream, drive it forward, and deliver with minimal guidance.

We are looking for a talented Workday Benefits developer to join the People Technology team involved in managing large-scale company initiative.
The successful candidate will be a focused and flexible individual who can work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and act as the point of contact for assigned projects and tickets.
In our dynamic environment, we all roll up our sleeves to pitch in, so each day might be a little different. In general, the job responsibilities include:

As part of this role, you''''''''''''''''ll be responsible for:
• Responding to incident and change requests for Workday in a BAU capacity
• Provide deep level analysis and consultation for potential system enhancements, new features on Workday B system
o Proficient with EIB, Security, Peci, Picof, API, Workday Studio, Reporting
• Assigned to change transformation projects providing analysis, consultancy and configuration changes
• Support test scripts creation relevant to the change/project
• Responsible for the end to end design and implementation of system enhancements
• Work closely with HR and other corporate teams to lead & drive end-to-end Workday systems improvement.
• Ability to juggle BAU requests along with transformation projects
To be successful in this role you will need:
• Workday experience within a Global HR Transformation Programme or HRIS BAU capacity
• Experience within a HR Operations/Shared Service environment
• Configuration skills within core HCM functionality of Workday Business Process Configuration, Security configuration,
• Advanced Reporting Writer skills
• Beneficial to have cross module knowledge within other areas of Workday – Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management
• Excellent documentation and communication skills and used to working with multiple stakeholders across a complex matrix structure
• Strong problem-solving skills to solve any issues within the system
