Job description

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications and integrations using Workday Extend.
    •    Utilize Workday Studio to build complex integrations, reports, and business process automations.
    •    Leverage Workday APIs (SOAP and REST) to connect Workday with external systems.
    •    Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and other technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
    •    Develop solutions that address complex business problems, particularly within the Workday Financials domain (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management).
    •    Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and deployment guides.
    •    Troubleshoot and debug existing Workday Extend applications and integrations.
    •    Stay current with new Workday features, tools, and best practices, particularly those related to Workday Extend and Workday Studio.
    •    Provide technical support and expertise to end-users and other team members.
Required Qualifications:
    •    3+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday Extend Developer.
    •    Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying custom applications using Workday Extend.
    •    Strong proficiency with Workday Studio for building complex integrations and custom reports.
    •    In-depth knowledge of Workday Financials modules (e.g., Financial Accounting, Spend Management, Revenue Management).
    •    Solid understanding of Workday's security model, business process framework, and reporting capabilities.
    •    Experience with Workday APIs (SOAP/REST) and Web Services.
    •    Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts (e.g., Java, C#) is a plus.
    •    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    •    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    •    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
