As aSeniorSystems Analyst on the Workday Financials team, you will act as a trusted technical partner and solution designer, owning meaningful outcomes across the Workday platform:

  • Configure, enhance, and supportWorkday Financials modules, ensuring scalability, performance, and data integrity

  • Design and deliver solutions acrossPRISM, Reporting, and Accounting Center, supporting complex financial use cases

  • Partner closely with finance, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into highquality technical designs

  • Evaluate existing configurations and proactively recommend improvements that increase efficiency and reliability

  • Design, build, and supportintegrations and interfaces, including unit and integration testing

  • Lead and contribute to design discussions that raise the bar for engineering quality and consistency

  • Ensure SOXcompliant solutions through strong governance, documentation, and audit readiness

  • Mentor teammates and promote knowledge sharing across the organization

  • Continuously improve processes, tooling, and best practices in a fastpaced, evolving environment

  • Handson experience designing, building, and enhancingWorkday Financials solutions, including PRISM lineages and Accounting Center processes

  • Strong understanding ofWeb Services, APIs, and EIBs(WSDL, SOAP, REST, WS standards)

  • Proficiencyconfiguring andmaintainingtheWorkday Financials Foundation Data Model (FDM)

  • Experience with Workday development tools such asEIB, Report Writer, and BIRT

  • Advancedexpertisecreatingcalculated fieldsand supporting complex configurations

  • Functional knowledge of core financial processes:Order to Cash,Procureto Pay, Record to Report, and Expenses

  • Solid understanding ofSOX controls, audit requirements, and governance frameworks

Experience & Education

  • 4+ yearsof professional implementation experience withWorkday or another ERP, with a focus on Financials

  • 3+ yearsof experience in system architecture and solution design

  • Bachelor's degree inAccounting, Finance, MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have

  • Background inAccounting or Finance

  • Workday Financials and/or Reporting certifications

Annual Salary

$75,000.00 - $215,000.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
