Peak Partners has a client who is seeking to hire a Workday Finance, HCM & Payroll Implementaion Training Lead. The Training Lead will be responsible for developing and delivering the end-user training program for the Workday implementation. This role identifies training needs, develops training materials, coordinates instructor-led and virtual learning, and ensures users have the knowledge and confidence required to effectively perform their responsibilities at go-live.


Key Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop the training strategy and curriculum.
  • Identify audiences and learning paths.
  • Create training materials, job aids, and quick reference guides.
  • Coordinate instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training.
  • Partner with functional teams to validate training content.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and support post-go-live learning.


Required Qualifications

  • Workday implementation experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading ERP training programs.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Instructional design background.
