The Talent Technology Experienced Professional is responsible for collaborating with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to develop and implement requirements on projects designed to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of tools and processes related to talent acquisition and recruiting operations within the firm. The Talent Technology Experienced Professional uses deep knowledge of the talent technology ecosystem, including Workday Recruiting, to research, develop and/or recommend robust solutions that enable the organization to achieve its hiring objectives. The Talent Technology Experienced Professional works with the Talent Technology team on the development and support of recruiting-related solutions, processes, and integrations. In addition, the Talent Technology Experienced Professional trains and supports members of the team on new and established processes.

Special Projects (20%)

  • Special projects, as assigned, related to researching, specifying, developing, testing, and implementing enhancements to Workday Recruiting, candidate lifecycle processes, recruiting workflows, and talent acquisition technologies.

Solution Assessment, Development & Validation (25%)

  • Researches new technologies and their applicability to recruiting systems and talent acquisition processes and works with the Talent Technology team to recommend their usage as appropriate.
  • Defines requirements for solutions supporting recruiting operations, requisition management, candidate experience, interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding integrations.
  • Develops technology solutions that align with the Talent Technology strategy and Workday Recruiting ecosystem in collaboration with internal IT.
  • Performs gap analysis on recruiting processes and recommends system enhancements to improve recruiter and candidate experiences.
  • Works with project teams to evaluate defects impacting recruiting operations and develops plans for resolution or mitigation.

Gather Requirements (15%)

  • Gather requirements from Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, HR, and business stakeholders.
  • Document and validate requirements related to Workday Recruiting configuration, recruiting workflows, candidate pipelines, job postings, interview processes, offer management, recruiting reports, and system integrations.

Analyze Requirements (10%)

  • Analyze and prioritize requirements with stakeholders, sponsors, and project managers.
  • Organize and document recruiting business processes, system enhancements, workflow improvements, and reporting requirements.
  • Validate proposed solutions against recruiting objectives and Workday Recruiting best practices.

System/Integration Monitoring & Troubleshooting (20%)

  • Monitor Workday Recruiting integrations, recruiting automations, job board interfaces, candidate data feeds, and third-party recruiting technology connections for unusual behavior or system failures.
  • Identify and remediate issues when possible; manage tickets with IT, Talent Acquisition teams, internal units, or external vendors as needed.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and notification processes to proactively identify and resolve recruiting system issues.

Training & Leadership (10%)

  • Provide coaching and leadership to Talent Technology staff. Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions related to Workday Recruiting functionality, recruiting processes, system enhancements, and operational best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Skills

  • Advanced working knowledge of HRIS, Talent Management, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or Recruiting Systems required.
  • Workday Recruiting configuration, administration, testing, and support experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting requisition management, candidate lifecycle processes, interview workflows, offer management, and recruiting operations preferred.
  • Ability to capture and document recruiting business requirements and potential technology solutions required.
  • Experience with Workday reporting, dashboards, calculated fields, and recruiting-related analytics preferred.

Experience

  • 4+ years relevant experience required.
  • Experience supporting Workday Recruiting, Recruiting Operations, Talent Acquisition technologies, or Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
  • Experience managing recruiting system enhancements, integrations, testing, release support, and stakeholder engagement preferred.

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $81,900 - $139,700

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
