Top Three Skills:
1. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Workday HCM and Payroll functions. Workday HCM is live and Payroll and Prism is going live in 2021.
2. Perform Workday HCM and Payroll business process configurations and look at and troubleshoot existing configurations. Help with tickets and troubleshoot issues and provide best practices to issues so they are not recurring.
3. Workday functional HCM and Payroll expertise and familiarity with technical offerings (EIB/Core Connectors/Integrations) is preferred.
Description:
Identify solutions and innovation opportunities to meet emerging priorities and requirements.
• Research, troubleshoot and lead resolution efforts while building partnerships and forging customer relationships.
• Gather user requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system solutions.
• Proactively identify and drive User Experience improvements.
• Perform Workday HCM business process configurations.
• Develop detailed test plans and lead systems testing and user acceptance testing.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Workday HCM functions.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for Workday HCM.
5+ years' experience with Workday HCM including Workday implementation and post-implementation experience with a focus in release management, optimization and/or backlog management.
• Strong process improvement knowledge is required.
• Ability to collaborate in-person and virtual/remote environments.
