Job Description Specialized expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning (Adaptive Insights) and Workday ERP. Provides periodic reports and ad hoc analysis for management. Job Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Workday Adaptive Planning (Adaptive Insights) models, including version control, reporting structures, and user access.

Develop and optimize dashboards, OfficeConnect reports, and financial templates within Adaptive Insights. Ensure data integrity between Workday ERP and Adaptive Planning through reconciliation, integration monitoring, and issue resolution. Partner with Accounting and IT teams to align Workday ERP hierarchies, account structures, and reporting with Adaptive Planning requirements.

Train and support end users on Adaptive Insights reporting, dashboards, and planning templates. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging Adaptive Planning's capabilities for scenario modeling, workforce planning, and driver-based forecasting. Strategic planning and profitability reporting for specific brand or corporate functions Provide detailed analytical support to include internal cost drivers, market dynamics, and competitive information to foster strategic decisions Oversee financial report development and enhancements in Adaptive Insights (relational database) Consult with other team members to analyze opportunities and alternatives for improving financial performance Engage in project planning & implementation Serve as a key contributor to the annual budget process Assist in the preparation of monthly financials and financial close package, specifically related to the development of new reporting requirements Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as required Develop and deliver analytical reporting both in Adaptive Insights and MS Excel Participate in process improvement and automation as needed Job Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics or Math Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (Adaptive Insights), including report building, dashboard creation, and model administration.

MBA preferred, CPA or other professional qualification is a plus 3 - 5 years of experience in related field required Working knowledge of finance and accounting processes and principals Demonstrated knowledge of financial statement analysis including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting Demonstrated ability to accurately model the financial aspects and outcomes of business issues using spreadsheets or other applicable tools Experience in relational database management and report writing Familiarity with Workday ERP (financials, reporting, account structures, and hierarchies) and experience ensuring data integrity across systems. Experience with OfficeConnect or other financial reporting tools a plus. Excellent knowledge and understanding of financial modeling Strong presentation, verbal and written skills Highly motivated, self-starter with good project management skills and ability to multi- task and manage competing priorities Keen analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to learn new systems and processes quickly Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others Ability to interface with all levels of the organization Ability to identify variances and trends and translate them into actionable items.
