Responsibilities
Now Hiring Light Equipment Operators
Brasfield & Gorrie is hiring experienced Light Equipment Operators for active commercial construction sites in Nashville and surrounding areas. If you have experience operating mini excavators, skid steers, forklifts, or similar equipment, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate various light construction equipment including mini excavators, skid steers, rollers, compactors, forklifts, and buck hoists
  • Move, load/unload dirt and materials, perform grading, digging, and lifting tasks
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed
  • Follow established safety protocols and maintain a drug-free work environment
  • Work efficiently under general supervision while maintaining productivity and safety standards

Qualifications
  • Prior experience operating mini excavators, skid steers, forklifts, or similar equipment required
  • Familiarity with general construction site operations and safety procedures
  • Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance and inspections
