Job description

  • This is a remote work-from-home opportunity. MUST LIVE IN THE STATE of GEORGIA!

The Data Entry and Healthcare Credentialing Specialist is responsible for maintaining personnel credentials and re-credentialing them for positions, including database management and related tasks. Candidates MUST have experience with employee file management, credentialing of nurses and strong computer database and ATS skills. This role is 

This role ensures timely, accurate submission and maintenance of credentialing information. The Credentialing and Licensing Coordinator will work closely with the Staffing Team to maintain compliance.

You will be responsible for accurate data entry, completing back ground checks, issuing skills test, completing many file audits to ensure compliance, file maintenance, and record keeping.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to prioritize and manage deadlines in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience using an ATS or Blue Sky Software is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter variety of data using current technology
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry
  • Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
  • Review and enter data updates in the systems
  • Review discrepancies in data received
  • Advise supervisor of issues related to data

  • Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
  • High attention to detail and accuracy; strong follow-through.
