We're seeking California Nurse Practitioners to providevirtual preventive care โ€” Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and preventive healthassessments โ€” for patients of a fast-growing national in-home care company.

Requirements:

  • Licensure: Active, unencumbered California NP licensure with furnishing license and active Medi-Cal (FFS) enrollment. California-only licensure is welcome โ€” additional state licenses a plus.
  • Experience: 1+ year as a practicing Nurse Practitioner. Annual Wellness Visit, Health Risk Assessment, or telehealth experience strongly preferred.
  • Board Certification: FNP, AGNP, Adult, or Acute Care.
  • Availability: Minimum 12 hours per week, Mondayโ€“Friday, 7:30amโ€“4:00pm Pacific. Two full 8-hour days per week is ideal.
  • Compliance: No Medicare or Medicaid opt-out, and no exclusion from any federal or state healthcare program.
