  • Support and enhance e-commerce operations, including BOPIS, local delivery, and ship-from-store capabilities.

  • Contribute to Salesforce Commerce Cloud back-end development, integrations, and platform enhancements to support team priorities and business objectives.

  • Establish front-end coding standards, architecture guidelines, reusable component strategies, and development best practices.

  • Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and provide technical leadership through knowledge sharing and engineering best practices.

  • Evaluate and recommend modern front-end technologies, frameworks, and development approaches to support the evolution of At Home's digital commerce platform.

  • Support modernization initiatives, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud Storefront Next and Headless Commerce capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; or 5+ years of relevant experience in retail/e-commerce development.

  • 5+ years of front-end web development experience, with at least 3 years developing Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) storefronts.

  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery, AJAX, React, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud ISML templates.

  • Proven track record developing and maintaining enterprise e-commerce websites and applications using Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud server-side development, including controllers, pipelines, cartridges, and platform customization.

  • Experience with web services and REST API integrations.

  • Experience developing reusable UI components and responsive, mobile-first web applications.

  • Strong understanding of responsive web design, browser compatibility, accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG), SEO, front-end architecture, and performance optimization.

  • Skilled in Agile/SDLC tools such as JIRA and Confluence; proficient in source code management (Git, GitFlow, BitBucket).
