The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

Job Description

The Associate Business Systems Analyst has the exciting opportunity to maintain and support department programs for Craft Education. The Analyst is responsible for pulling reports, analyzing data, and maintaining data between systems and will assist in training department employees to enhance knowledge and understanding of processes that support our operations.
The Analyst assists in supporting large database information and system interface integrations, responds to user questions, resolves system issues, and conducts quality control audits. The Analyst will analyze data trends, resolve inconsistencies, and provide resolutions that will enhance department process and programs for Crafts partners and employees.
*This is an in-office position working out of the Craft office located at 1201 Demonbreun in Nashville, TN.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Basic level management of tools used by Craft employees (e.g. Salesforce, Google suite.)

  • Manage account access for onboarding and offboarding employees and contractors

  • Use account access to support payment coordination, liaise with other teams re: renewals, etc.

  • Serve as initial resource for basic IT support for Craft tools (otherwise send to WGU ServiceDesk)

  • Identify, build, and deploy solutions within and across platforms to improve our internal operations and give us the business insights we need

  • Support Craft teams in tool research,, adoption and usage

  • Develop and manage documentation and guidance re: tech resources provided by Craft

  • Ad hoc projects


Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:

  • Solid understanding of when to apply configuration and when to apply custom code

  • Up to date knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce, database management and Excel

  • A knowledge and understanding of workflow automation platforms

Job Qualifications:


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business/Business Technology, or a related field.

  • Equivalent relevant experience performing the essential functions of this job may substitute for education degree requirements. Generally, equivalent relevant experience is defined as 1 year of experience for 1 year of education and is the discretion of the hiring manager.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience working with database systems and programs.

  • A+, Network+, or Security+ certification

  • Data Analytics Certification or applicable certification

  • Customer Relations Management (CRM) Certification

  • Customer Relations Management (CRM) Administrator

  • Experience constructing and running basic SQL queries

  • Experience troubleshooting existing Power BI reports

Position & Application Details
