You will be using secure electronic medical records and telehealth platforms to deliver counseling services efficiently.

• Establish a strong and trusting rapport with patients through empathetic communication and active listening.
• Diagnose a variety of mental health disorders utilizing clinical assessments and evidence-based practices to formulate treatment plans.
• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each patient, ensuring their mental health goals are met.
• Conduct regular counseling sessions with clients, providing therapeutic interventions while adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on patient progress and feedback.
• Perform ongoing assessments to monitor patient progress and outcomes, utilizing data-driven methodologies to inform treatment decisions.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, encouraging a supportive atmosphere for sharing experiences and coping strategies.
• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support during urgent situations, assessing the need for immediate help and connecting clients with additional resources when necessary.

The LCSW will work extensively with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling is required for this role.

• Applicants must possess a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in electronic medical records, word processing, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
• Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment, adapting effectively to changing priorities.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to foster a collaborative team spirit.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) will be advantageous.
• Background in working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or couples, is a plus.
