Word Processor - Naples, FL


A respected private wealth law firm in North Naples is hiring a Word Processor to provide dedicated support to the office.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys precise, detail-driven document work in a professional office setting.

Responsibilities include formatting, drafting, and finalizing legal documents; preparing client materials; managing scanning and filing; and providing backup support to administrative staff as needed.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in a Word Processor or similar document-focused role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills


This is a full-time, direct hire role. They're looking for someone that is able to work 5x/week onsite in North Naples


Salary: Up to 60K DOE!
