Signature Retail Services is hiring for a Merchandising Area Supervisor in Worcester, MA!
This is a full-time position offering a pay rate of $21 to $23 per hour, based on experience.

Position Responsibilities:
As a Merchandising Area Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our in-store partnerships and workforce, driving success at the store level and contributing to our longstanding legacy of achievement. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Using your own personal vehicle to travel to and complete in-store merchandising tasks within the designated stores assigned to your territory.
  • Lead and train a team of Merchandising Associates within your designated territory.
  • Collaborate with project managers and field operations to ensure projects are completed within scope and on schedule.
  • Maintain inventory levels, executing planograms, build displays, and collaborate with store personnel to ensure that the final presentation aligns with brand standards.
  • Carry out assignments with the highest level of integrity.
  • Address and resolve issues for our associates, store management, and brand clients.
  • Actively mentor your team to cultivate a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Engage with team members to effectively offer constructive feedback based on performance.
  • Identify challenges, develop strategic solutions, and resolve issues promptly.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
  • Proof of current personal Auto Insurance coverage.
  • Possess a Smartphone with access to the internet, phone, text, and email.
  • This position involves duties such as lifting, bending, stooping, sitting, standing, walking, and safely climbing ladders.
  • This position involves regular lifting requirements of 50 lbs. without assistance throughout the shift.
  • This position involves independent travel to retail locations without assistance from others.
