What you'll do:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and freshness of the community's interior.

  • Build strong relationships with residents, fostering trust and making our community feel at home

  • Respond to service needs and follow the make-ready schedule.

  • Maintain excellent amenity appearance, paying attention to details and helping to maintain great curb appeal.

  • collaborate closely with your team members to identify and address maintenance and cleanliness-related issues

What we're looking for:

  • General interest in custodial and or maintenance work and an ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude.

  • Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or on-call.

The pay range for this position is $18- 20 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!
