Wasatch Property Management recognizes the significance of first impressions, and our Groundskeepers play a vital role in the success of each apartment community. They take pride in ensuring that the community's exterior and interior are always fresh, clean, and appealing, allowing our residents to feel a deep sense of pride in calling a Wasatch Property Management community their home.

What you'll do:

  • Enhance and beautify our community!

  • Build rapport with residents.

  • Respond to service needs and make ready schedule.

  • Preventative maintenance

  • Amenity appearance - Notice the details by helping to maintain great curb appeal!

What we're looking for:

  • General interest in custodial and or maintenance work and an ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude.

  • Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment used in grounds keeping, such as blowers and power washers.

  • Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or on-call.

The pay range for this position is $15 - 19 per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!

Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
