Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of Maintenance Department:
  • Oversee  and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Schedule daily work tasks
  • Preventive Maintenance:
  • Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure the hotel's facilities and equipment are in optimal working condition.
  • Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify areas needing repair or maintenance.
  • Repair and Troubleshooting:
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests, addressing issues such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance problems in a timely manner.
  • Upkeep and checking chemical levels of swimming pool and spa
  • Safety and Compliance:
