Job description

Eastbrook Healthcare Center is seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Security personnel to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and employees, the Front Desk Security will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, as well as providing excellent customer service. This position is part-time with flexible hours, and it offers an hourly wage of $15.00.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Monitor and control access to the facility, including checking identification and visitor badges.
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and contractors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security.
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents in accordance with procedures, including contacting law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, incidents, and daily activities.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment for all.
- Assist with emergency evacuation procedures and drills.
- Collaborate with on-site management and law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure and professional atmosphere.

Compensation and Schedule:

  • Pay: $15/HR

  • Part-Time

  • Evening Shift: 4p-12a/ 8a-4p: Weekends

  • Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience preferred.
