Job Summary
Interface with all branches for quality escapes both internal and external Maintain quality charts, graphs and facilitate rapid root cause at all branches. Work on Continuous Improvement projects with branches to improve quality and reduce escapes.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Meet Customer requirements for Quality Metrics
  • Interface with Branch Quality Leadership on all quality issues
  • Ensure all branches meet root cause and customer metrics
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt trained/certified a plus
  • Extensive knowledge of inspection processes and controls.
  • PC literacy (for example, Excel, Word, data entry, computer transactions) required
  • Ability to read prints and drawings
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
