Part Time Receptionist Job Description
Summary:
The Receptionist is the first face new and existing clients see when walking into the dealership. Excellent customer service and a friendly attitude is a must. The Receptionist is responsible for basic office paperwork, answering and transferring phone calls, greeting and assisting customers, and other tasks as needed.
Reports To: Office Manager or Assistant Office Manager
Job Duties:
• Answering incoming phone calls and transferring them to the appropriate person/department.
• Greet guests and assist as necessary.
• Various housekeeping duties such as making coffee, wiping down tables, etc.
• Keeping an accurate count of petty cash.
• Other duties as assigned.

Exemption Status:
The Receptionist is a non-exempt position. You are required by Federal and State Law and by
Reineke Family Dealerships to keep an accurate record of all hours you work each day. Failure
to comply with this requirement can result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
The dealership is an “at-will” employer, meaning that your employment has no specific term,
and that the employment relationship may be terminated at any time at the will of either party on
notice to the other. Nothing contained in your commission (compensation/pay) plan should be
understood to alter the nature of the at-will employment relationship or create a contract of
employment for a specific term.

Qualifications:
Friendly personality, customer service experience is preferred but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year(s) experience working in customer service or a related role
