Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead Engineer specializing in Oracle Cloud WMS (LogFire) to lead the architecture, configuration, integration, and support of our warehouse management ecosystem. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical leadership, design scalable solutions, and drive end-to-end implementation across multiple fulfillment centers and brands.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, operations, IT teams, and external partners to deliver high-performing warehouse solutions that support our complex supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle Cloud WMS (LogFire) solutions across receiving, putaway, picking, replenishment, packing, shipping, cycle count, and labor workflows.
  • Collaborate with business teams to capture requirements, map operational processes, and translate needs into scalable WMS configurations and integrations.
  • Build and refine LogFire configuration elements such as strategy engines, sequencing rules, task types, workflows, user-defined attributes, and labeling logic.
  • Design and manage ingestion and outbound integration flows between Cloud WMS and ERP/OMS/TMS/MHE/eCommerce systems.
  • Develop technical specifications, interface designs, data mapping documents, solution blueprints, and configuration standards.
  • Provide hands-on support for WMS deployments, including configuration, testing, cutover activities, and hypercare.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, analyze WMS logs/staged messages, and resolve integration or configuration failures.
  • Conduct system health checks, performance tuning, and rule optimization to improve throughput and inventory accuracy.
  • Partner with MHE/WCS vendors to support automation workflows, conveyor logic, picking automation, and device integrations.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members and serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud WMS and warehouse operations.
  • Deliver training, SOPs, and knowledge-transfer to operations, support teams, and super users.
