As part of the Contract Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. Whether you're leading a team, engineering processes, or driving projects, your work ensures that our customers' products are stored, handled, and delivered with precision. At Kuehne+Nagel, your contribution goes far beyond the warehouse-it helps shape the flow of global trade.
In this role, you will be the primary system support between IT, regional operations management, and shop floor users as it relates to order, SKU, location management, system troubleshooting/support, and issue escalation of warehouse-related system issues. As a 3PL provider, we will count on your information systems knowledge to help drive system efficiency for our warehouse.
How you create impact
You will be the primary support for local site system operational issues
Basic troubleshooting of order and stock management issues
Work with users on preventative action based on your findings
Support with ticket creation, issue escalation, and follow-up
Warehouse (location) and customer (article) maintenance
Identification of process changes that will impact system documentation
Local user training as possible
Hardware troubleshooting such as printers, RF guns, and network
Supporting release management activities by testing new functionality, verifying document changes, and more
Support of local users regarding coordinating reporting requirements
Participating in training led by the IT team to be able to provide the first level of support
What we would like you to bring
A degree in Computer Science, Information systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
1+ years of technical experience working with 3PL products including warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, and order management systems
1+ years of operations experience working in warehousing or a supply chain environment
1+ years of experience working with Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, or JDA is preferred
